----------------------- The petitioner approached the District Collector for removal of obstruction of pathway in the property. The path way is situated in a puramboke land situated in 29/1 Mavelikkar Village. By Ext.P3 order, District Collector passed an order making certain arrangement to use the puramboke land by the petitioner and others. According to the petitioner, Ext.P3 has become final and there is no challenge against it. The present grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner trust want to use the path way as cartable for the purpose of constructing old age home and made Ext.P4 request before the Tahsildar.
2. Considering the limited request of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to consider Ext.P4 by the Tahsildar in the light of Ext.P3 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a W.P.(C).No.32787 of 2014

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
