This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, on 17.12.2008, in W.P.(MD) No.11639 of 2008.
2. By the order, dated 17.12.2008, this Court had directed the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.12.2008, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent had placed before this court, the proceedings of the respondent, dated 05.10.2009, made in Na.Ka.No.5143/M1/07, rejecting the request of the petitioner school to grant approval for the dismissal of Mrs.Selvi, who is a teacher in the petitioner school.
4. In such circumstances, since no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs cs To Mr.Vincent Baskar, The District Elementary Educational Officer, Vanarapettai, Tirunelveli District.
