This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct R1 for repair of the damaged roads and bridges of Aurad(B) Taluka District, Bidar vide Ann-B dated 21.1.2017, and etc.
This petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, THE CHIEF JUSTICE made the following:
ORDER Issue notice.
Srimathi S.Susheela, learned additional government advocate, accepts notice for the respondents. Therefore, formal service of notice to them is dispensed with.
2. After hearing Mr.Roddaveerashetty, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner and Srimathi S.Susheela, learned additional government advocate appearing for the respondents, we dispose of this writ petition by granting liberty to the writ petitioner to make a representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Bidar.
If such a representation is made, the said Deputy Commissioner shall consider the same in accordance with law.
3. There will be no order as to costs.
