Heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the facts of the case, it would be appropriate that the petitioner makes a fresh representation to the authority concerned in respect of the grievances raised in this petition within a period of fifteen days from today.
If any such representation is made, the authority concerned shall decide it, in accordance with law, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of such representation from the petitioner. This Court has not entered into the merits of the case and has passed the above order considering the peculiar facts. With the above direction, the petition stands disposed of. Direct service permitted.
