JUDGMENT / ORDER

By interim order dated 16.6.2010 the Court allowed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 20 lakhs with Bank within ten days and in the meantime the auction proceedings were directed to be kept in abeyance.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the above interim order dated 16.6.2010 a sum of Rs. 5 lakhs has been deposited on 22.6.2010 and the petitioner needs some more time for the deposit of balance amount.
As prayed a week's further time is allowed to deposit the balance amount pursuance to the interim order dated 16.6.2010 and if the same is deposited, the interim protection granted earlier shall continue.
The application is disposed of.
