Sri Ajay Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for filing a declaratory suit under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
In view of the statement so made, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed.
