By means of the present application the applicant who is apprehending his arrest is seeking his anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.59 of 2021, under Sections 498A, 323, 308, 341 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Barhan, District-Agra.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 informs the Court that the police has submitted charge sheet against the applicant on 27.5.2021 and the case of the anticipatory bail no more survives.
Under circumstances, instant anticipatory bail application has rendered infructuous, and accordingly stands DISMISSED.
