This is a writ petition by which the petitioner has claimed that upon certain information being sought by the petitioner from the Block Development Officer, Vikas Khand-Sarsawan, District-Kaushambi and that information not being supplied within 30 days, the petitioner made an appeal to the Deputy Director Panchayat Mandal, Kaushambi under the Right to Information Act, 2005 on 14.10.2017 again no information has been given to the petitioner and now the petitioner has filed an appeal before the State Information Commissioner Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow from where also no information has been supplied so far.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner, as far as possible, within 30 days from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
