JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed the writ petition praying to direct the respondents to allot the Plot No.142 and 13 Housing Plots at Kamarajar Nagar, Needamangalam village, Thiruvarur District.. 2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioners has not impleaded the Needamangalam Taluk Cooperative Society Limited, Needamangalam as a party to the present petition. Therefore this Writ Petition cannot be entertained without impleading the necessary party.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that liberty may be granted to file a fresh writ petiton.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for both parties, this writ petition is dismissed for non-joinder of necessary parties with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition by impleading necessary parties. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
