The judgment was reserved in the writ petition on 19.2.2014. Respondent no. 3 who had not put in appearance earlier got a mention made on 25.2.2014 for opportunity of hearing. In view of the above this writ petition was ordered to put up on 26.2.2014 for further hearing.
When the case was taken up on 26.2.2014 appearance on behalf of opposite party no. 3 was filed by Shri R.N. Gupta, Advocate and he prayed for time to furnish relevant case law. On his request the matter was posted for today i.e. 27.2.2014.
Today, when the case was taken up (27.2.2014), Shri R.N. Gupta prayed for adjournment on the ground that he had not been able to search out the relevant case law. Since Shri R.N. Gupta has already been accommodated on 26.2.2014, it is not thought fit to grant any further adjournment. The judgment is being reserved. It will however be open to Shri R.N. Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 to submit his written submissions as also any case law he may wish to rely on by 3.3.2014.
