In pursuance of this Court's order dated 15.6.2010, petitioner's counsel Shri R.P.Mishra had handed over a draft of Rs.12.50 lakh to the counsel for the respondent no.3 namely Shri Vivek Kumar Shukla.

The remaining amount of Rs.12.50 lakh is said to be paid to the respondent no.3 within three weeks.

List this case again on 23.7.2010. On the said date, remaining balance of amount of Rs.12.50 lakh shall be paid by the petitioner to the respondent no.3.

Respondent no.4, who is present today and on whose behalf counter affidavit has been filed by Shri Satyendra Kumar Singh, Advocate, shall also remain present.
