Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Mr. R.P. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall pay the entire dues which is around Rs.25 lacs to the respondents within fifteen days.
Let an amount of Rs.12.50 lacs be paid within ten days through Bank Draft. For rest of the amount, appropriate orders shall be passed on the next date. Keeping in view the statement made by the petitioner's counsel Mr. R.P. Mishra, the petitioner shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.416 of 2010 under Sections 420/406/506 I.P.C., P.S. Ghazipur, District Lucknow.
List on 25.6.2010. The parties shall also appear in person on that date. The petitioner is permitted to implead Mr. Rakesh Kumar as respondent during the course of day. Let a notice be issued to the newly impleaded opposite party with liberty to the petitioner to serve him outside the court.
