RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri R.V.Nagabushana Rao presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Direction or Order, particularly in the nature of mandamus directing the first respondent to immediately dispose of my Appeal dated 24.4.2013 filed against the Office Order of the first respondent herein dated 18.2.2013 imposing penalty;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri R.V.Nagabushnam Rao Advocate for the Petitioner Sri Vedula Sreenivas, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;

2 The General Manager/Disciplinary Authority, The New India Assurance Company Ltd., 87, MG Road, Fort, Mumbai-400 001 are directed to show cause as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this writ petition should not be admitted.
