The retail outlet dealership of the petitioner at Etah Bhogaon Road, District Mainpuri has been cancelled by the impugned order dated 5.3.2019.
The dealership agreement contains an arbitration clause. The petitioner can invoke the same and approach the Chief Justice or the Designated Judge under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for referring the dispute, if any, to the Arbitrator.
In view of the remedy of arbitration available to the petitioner, we do not deem it necessary to exercise our discretionary jurisdiction in the matter.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
