JUDGMENT / ORDER

. Respondent/ Complainant Petition under section 438 of Cr.PC., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed in the Crl.P., the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer. V. Satram Police Station. SPSR Nellore District to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.12/2014 of V. Satram Police Station, SPSR Nellore District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed in the Crl.P., and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G. Vijaya Saradhi, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
The petitioners are A-1 and A-3. They seek for grant of anticipatory bail. They allegedly committed offences under Sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.
The offences are triable by a Magistrate of First Class.
Where the offences are triable by a Magistrate of First Class, I consider that it would be appropriate for the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court and move the trial Court for grant of regular bail.
However, the first petitioner is a lady. In view of the sex of the first petitioner, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the first petitioner on anticipatory bail.
..2… Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed so far as the first petitioner-A1 is concerned. The first petitioner-A1 shall surrender before the IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, within two (2) weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, shall enlarge the first petitioner-A1 on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a likesum to his satisfaction.
So far as the second petitioner-A3 is concerned, this Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the second petitioner-A3 to surrender before the trial Court and move the trial Court for grant of regular bail. In such an event, the trial Court shall dispose of such an application on the same day on which it is filed uninfluenced by any part of the observations in this order.
