Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1. Sri Vineet Pandey, Advocate, has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.2.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the private respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.11, Ghaziabad to decide the Land Acquisition Reference No.131 of 1996 (Gajraj Vs. State & others) within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.11, Ghaziabad to consider and decide the aforesaid case/suit in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
