JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Appearance has been put in on behalf of opposite party no.2 by Sri Vinay Dwivedi, Advocate.
This petition has been filed for quashing of the charge-sheet. It is said that the matter has been compromised by means of a notary affidavit. List/put up on 15.02.2010 as requested. On that day opposite party no.2, Smt. Shipra, shall be present in person before this Court.
In view of the above, as an interim measure it is provided that till the next date of listing the proceedings arising out of Case Crime No. 51 of 2009, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahilathana, District Lucknow pending in the court of C.J.M., Lucknow shall remain stayed.
