The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the C.J.M. Rampur to decide the proceedings of Complaint Case No 2856 of 2019 Gurmail Singh Vs. Satvindra Singh within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the aforementioned case is pending since the year 2019. The only prayer made by the applicant is to give direction to the court below to gear up the trial.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2019, I hereby direct the learned C.J.M. Rampur to gear up the matter and make necessary endeavour to conclude the proceedings expeditiously is possible within six months without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
