This writ petition has been filed against orders which were passed by the Mutation Courts in favour of the respondent- sellers.
Sri Daya Ram Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the village has been notified under section 4 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 and that the consolidation operations are now proceeding. Under such circumstances he submits that the petitioners would now object against the basic year entries and no useful purpose would be served in passing any order in this petition.
Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of.
