This Special Appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 6 February 2018 by which the writ petition filed by the appellant for quashing the order dated 31 July 2004 passed by the Principal Secretary in the State Government rejecting the representations dated 4 June 2003 and 14 June 2004 and for a direction to grant the pay-scale provided to the untrained Pharmacists and trained Pharmacists has been dismissed.
The learned Judge noticed that the request of the petitioner for being registered as an untrained Pharmacist before the U.P. Pharmacists Council has been rejected and Writ Petition No.7046 of 2000 that was filed to assail the said order was dismissed on 6 July 2015 holding that the petitioner was not having the prescribed qualification for being registered under the Pharmacy Act.
Learned counsel for the appellant has pointed out that Special Appeal No.219 of 2018 that was filed to assail the judgment and order dated 6 July 2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 7046 of 2000 has since been dismissed on 20 April 2018.
In this view of the matter, this Special Appeal deserves to be dismissed and is, accordingly, dismissed as the reliefs claimed for cannot be granted.
