In compliance of the order of this Court dated 1.11.2018, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur vide its report dated 10.1.2019 has mentioned that Guru Prasad, s/o Sri Soman and Sadhu, s/o Nanhoo, r/o Kusamhi Kothi, police station- Khorabar, district-Gorakhpur have died.
I have perused the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur, I am satisfied with the report of CJM concerned about the death of appellants in this case, Guru Prasad, s/o Sri Soman and Sadhu, s/o Nanhoo.
Considering the death of the appellants, Guru Prasad and Sadhu, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
