Learned advocate for the petitioners relies upon the common order dated 31.05.2012 passed by this Court (Coram: Paresh Upadhyay, J) in Special Civil Application No.7467 of 2012 and allied matters wherein the same Government Resolution dated 25.04.2012 issued by the Finance Department of the State of Gujarat is relied upon and this Court has admitted the matters and granted interim relief to the effect that the aforesaid Government Resolution dated 25.04.2012 shall not be given effect to, until further orders by this Court and status-quo as prevailing today qua all the petitioners shall be maintained until further orders by this Court.
Learned advocate for the petitioners states that the said matters are pending for final hearing.
