This application has been filed for correction in the cause title in the judgement dated 17.07.2018 wherein the cause title of the case has been shown as 'Munni Lal'.
The record of the case reveals that the application of the appellant for correcting the cause title of the case has been allowed by this Court on 11.05.2004 and accordingly, the cause title of the case as 'Gunni Lal' has been substituted in the array of parties as appellant no.1 in place of 'Munni Lal'.
The correction application is allowed.
The cause title 'Gunni Lal' is substituted by cause title 'Munni Lal'.
