JUDGMENT / ORDER

JUDGMENT John Edge, Kt., C.J. and Blennerhassett, J.
1. A certificate of guardianship is not evidence of minority when the question of minority is in issue. The same question was decided by the Calcutta High Court in the case of Satis Chunder Mukhopadhya v. Mohendro Lal Pathuk I.L.R. 17 Cal. 849.
2. We dismiss the appeal with costs.
