Order on Time Extension Application No. 2 of 2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that this is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicant for grant of extension of time.
The time extension application is allowed, as prayed.
Two weeks further time from today is granted to the applicant to appear and surrender before the court below pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 16.05.2019. It is made clear that in case, the applicant do not appear and surrender within the aforesaid extended time, no further time shall be granted to the applicant.
