Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application and the same may be rejected as not pressed, however, he submits that the trial court may be directed to expedite the trial within a period stipulated by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the application is rejected as not pressed.

However, learned trial court concerned is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the trial court, if there is no legal impediment.
