ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not supplying essential commodities to the petitioner’s shop bearing No.12 of Kothapalem Village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) appearing for the respondents, on written instructions, submitted that respondent No.4 has issued the release order to the petitioner for the month of December, 2014. He has submitted that as the petitioner has not produced the demand draft for the month of November, 2014, the release order could not be issued.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, strongly denied the stand of respondent No.4.
Inasmuch as respondent No.4 has issued the release order for December, 2014 and with that, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed, this Court is not inclined to examine the reasons for non- issue of release orders for the previous months. However, if respondent No.4 repeats his conduct in future, this Court will take a serious view of the same.
Subject to the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45237 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
