O R D E R:
This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of respondents 1 to 3 in dissolving the Body of DFCS Ltd., Medak, as per Section 32 (1)(A) of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act and Rules.
2. This Court, by order dated 20.05.2009, granted interim stay of General Body Meeting to be held on 25.05.2009. However, in view of the subsequent developments and election of new Body in place of the old Body, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
