ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the acts, deeds and thinks of respondent Nos.1 and 2, in not considering the petitioner’s tender application in draw proceedings, dated 15.11.2014 even though the petitioner was totally eligible for award of a contract as per their conditions and norms, thereby depriving the petitioner’s legitimate right, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to cancel the draw conducted on 15.11.2014 and conduct it afresh duly considering the petitioner’s tender application.”
At the hearing, Sri Ch.Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44833 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
