3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the C.S.R.No.97/2017 dated 21.03.2017 and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out. Such exercise shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
