JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to commit and punish the contemnors / Respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22548 of 2015, dated 21.01.2016.
2. Heard Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned counsel for the first and second Respondents, Mr.A.P.Muthupandian, learned counsel for the third respondent and perused the records.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the entire terminal benefits have been settled to the petitioner except the interest amount on computation.
4. In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the third respondent to pay the interest amount on computation to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case of non-compliance, the petitioner would revive the contempt petition. No costs.
