[Judgment of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner alleges that unauthorized constructions have been put up by the 9th and 10th respondent in S.No.334 at Vilamarathupatti Village, Virudhunagar District. It is also alleged that they have encroached upon water bodies. In this regard, they have submitted a representation dated 05.10.2015 to the authorities. The second respondent shall enquire into the same. If encroachment is noticed by the second respondent, he shall take action for removing the same after hearing 9th and 10th respondents by following the statutory procedure. Similarly, if there are unauthorized constructions, action shall be taken in accordance with law by the 4th respondent. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
