This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 20 of 2012 of Puttaparthy Urban Police Station, Ananthapur district, for offence under section 420 IPC.
2. Advocate for petitioners submitted that they have given up vakalath and they have no instructions.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that no fresh instructions are received and the instructions are of the year 2012.
4. As seen from the proceedings sheet even at the stage of admission no further steps are ordered.
5. Considering the representation of advocate for petitioners, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
