JUDGMENT / ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register the case on petitioner's complaint dated 05.06.2016.
2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
