All the respondents are granted three weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned bill as well as the recovery is related to the theft of electricity. The respondents have lodged a First Information Report relating to the theft of electricity, in which the Police after investigation has submitted final report on 04.03.2019 and the theft of electricity has not been found.
Matter requires consideration.
Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in pursuance of the recovery citation dated 27.05.2019 issued by the Tehsildar, Khaga, Fatehpur (the respondent no. 2).
