This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to stop salary of the respondent no.5. Petitioner does not appear to be having any personal interest in the matter.
It is otherwise settled that a petition in the nature of public interest is ordinarily not entertained in service matters.
Writ petition accordingly fails and is dismissed.
It is, however, clarified that dismissal of this petition would not prevent the authorities from examining the legality and validity of appointment offered to respondent no. 5 in case of need.
