JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Dr. Satish Chandra,J.
Sri D. K. Upadhyay, learned Chief Standing Counsel prays for and is granted time till 21.12.2010 to seek instruction as to whether any candidate as mentioned in the list, vide annexure 3, has been admitted to the scale of professor on being found eligible in terms of the Rules governing the same.
Besides, some responsible officer of the University shall remain present on the next date of hearing with records connected with the candidates as mentioned in Annexure 3.
