In terms of the order passed by this Court on 22.01.2021 a report has been sent verifying the compromise in between the parties.
In view of the said report and the fact that the matter has been compromised, the proceedings of charge-sheet dated 29.10.2019 as well as cognizance order dated 17.03.2020 in Criminal Case No. 135 of 2020 (State Vs. Vijendra and two others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0215 of 2019, under Sections 323, 354, 384, 504, 506 I.P.C., PS Rajpura, District Sambhal, pending before the Court of Civil Judge, J.D./J.M., Gunnaur, District Sambhal, are quashed.
The application is allowed.
