Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Admittedly an order passed by the concerned Court under the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act is in the process of being executed and appropriate reports have been called for from the concerned police authorities.
In view of the above, this Court finds no ground to entertain this petition in contempt which shall stand dismissed with liberty reserved to the applicant to initiate appropriate proceedings under the DMV Act.
