By way of this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. a prayer has been made that the bail application of the applicants may be disposed of by the lower court expeditiously, if possible on the same day in case crime no. 1357 of 2009, under Sections 2/3 Gangster Act, P.S. Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad.
The petition is finally disposed of with this direction to the lower court that after the applicant surrenders in the court within three weeks from today his bail application shall be disposed of in the light of the judgment passed by 7 Judges' Bench of this court in Amarawati and another Vs. State of U. P., 2005 Cr. L. J.755 as approved by the Apex Court in Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U. P. in 2009 (4) SCC 437.
