4) P.J.Mammen ... Defendants PRAYER : The Civil Suit filed under Order VII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code read with Order IV Rule 1 of O.S. Rules for the following reliefs :
a) Permanent Injunction restraining the defendants from in any way interfering with the administration of the plaintiff society and its institution namely Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering by obstructing the General Secretary and his power to conduct meetings of the plaintiff in accordance with Rules and Regulations of the Society of making any appointments, dealing with staff of the said institution or dealing with the funds and Bank accounts of the plaintiff and Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and even entering the Registered and Administrative Office of the Plaintiff and the premises of Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and
b) for costs of the suit.
