Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2 to conclude the proceedings of Case No. RST/0005/2011, Computer Case No. T201115510100005 under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act, Gulauchi Vs. Lalita) in respect of Mauja Datauda, Pargana Sidhvanpur Garvi, Tehsil Sadar, district Mau within a stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, district Mau to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months, provided there is no other legal impediment and provided that the functioning of the Court is not affected due to COVID- 19 Pandemic.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, present petition is finally disposed of.
