Heard Mr.Daifraz Havewalla, learned counsel for the applicant and perused papers produced before me. I am of the opinion that first the applicant shall deposit 75% of the compensation amount awarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kheralu and thereafter prayer for bail will be considered.

Mr.Havewalla states that the applicant will deposit 75% of the compensation amount within one week from today.
