1. Heard the applicant, in person, wife of the convict - Gulam Mohmad and Mr. M.G.Nanavati, learned APP for the Respondent-State.
2. The instant application is filed by the wife of the convict seeking parole leave of her convicted husband for 45 days on the ground that the convict is suffering from diabetes and hypertension. Considering jail remarks-sheet, it transpires that for the said ailment, the convict is tread by the full time Physician as well as special and extra diet is provided regularly by the jail authority. It further transpires that in this year itself, he was released twice on furlough leave. Under such circumstances, application is dismissed.
