Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State has placed on record the report of the Investigating Officer dated 23.02.2012, which shall be retained on record.
Upon perusal of the report, it transpires that the Investigating Officer has made progress in the investigation despite the fact that the investigation of the case was handed over to him on 01.02.2012. It further transpires that he has received report from the F.S.L.
Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State, on the basis of report of the F.S.L. submitted that statements of some more witnesses are required to be recorded and for that purpose at least 15 days time may be required.
