Heard Mr.Gandhi, learned advocate for the applicant. Mr.Raval, learned APP for the respondent - State supplied a report prepared by P.I., Ahmedabad city ACB police station. Mr.Raval, learned APP submitted that some report from the FSL is called for regarding the spectrography test and as soon as the report shall be received, necessary action shall be taken in this matter. However, Mr.Gandhi, learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the investigating officer should immediately file chargesheet and shall take appropriate steps to see that some of the accused persons named in the FIR, who are as yet not arrested, should be arrested.
In above view of the matter and considering the earlier orders passed in this matter, and more particularly, the order dated 20.6.2011, the investigating agency is directed to see that the report from the FSL is received as early as possible and to take effective steps to see that the investigation is concluded in accordance with law.
