JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) It appears that the main matter is already on board for final hearing. Hence, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised for releasing the accused on regular bail by suspension of sentence. The another ground also for temporary bail is not inspiring any confidence.
Hence, the present application is disposed of accordingly.
