JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocate for the petitioner.
Inspite of registration of offences under Sections 7, 8, 12, 13 (1) (d) under Prevention of Corruption Act vide C.R. No. I-14 of 2010, no charge-sheet is filed and orders seeking compliance was passed earlier on 19.1.2012, 24.2.2012 and 13.3.2012 by this Court.
If compliance is not reported and no final report is filed pursuant to the said FIR, appropriate order in accordance with law will be passed.
Stand over to 26.4.2012.
Copy of the order be given to learned APP.
