With regard to the prayer of the petitioner-complainant, in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to forthwith to complete the investigation without any delay and to file charge-sheet, at this stage communication is received by the Office of Government Pleader, High Court of Gujarat, Ahmedabad from Police Inspector, ACB Police Station, Ahmedabad City, Ahmedabad, where it is stated that two accused namely accused Nos.1 and 2 who had accepted the amount of bribe and another from whom such amount is recovered were arrested on 7.10.2010 and 8.10.2010 respectively and investigation will be completed as early as possible , at this stage, considering the above no further direction is necessary. The petition is disposed of no order as to costs. Notice discharged.
