By means of the present petition, the petitioner herein seeks for quashing of the First Information Report dated 04.02.2020 registered as Case Crime No.52 of 2020 under Sections 420, 406, 504 and 506 I.P.C. P.S-Kotwali District-Bareilly.
Both the counsels for the parties state that certain compromise has been arrived between the parties and the dispute which is the basis of the first information report-in-question has been brought to an end.
Be that as it may, a copy of the alleged compromise be placed before the Investigating Officer who shall consider the same and do the needful in accordance with law.
